These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 'C Libs' ("Site"), which distributes C libraries for software development. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the libraries is permitted solely for non-commercial purposes, including personal, educational, or hobby projects. Commercial use, sublicensing, distribution, or any form of deployment for profit, business, or organizational purposes is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Commercial Licenses

Commercial licenses are available for paid use of the libraries. The terms, scope of use, and rights granted under such licenses are governed exclusively by the separate license agreement provided at the time of purchase

3. Intellectual Property

All libraries, source code, binaries, documentation, and related materials are the intellectual property of C Libs and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted under a valid license agreement, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer any part of the libraries or materials.

4. Support and Consulting

Support services may be offered by C Libs on a best endeavours basis only. While we aim to provide assistance in good faith, no service levels, response times, or outcomes are guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing under a separate support agreement.

5. User Accounts

Account registration may be required to access certain features or licenses. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. C Libs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

6. Cookies

To the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall 'C Libs' or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to the use of the libraries, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any recompense, refund, or remedy shall be at our sole discretion.

9. Termination

C Libs may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the site or any licenses for violations of these Terms. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund, and any rights granted under a license may be revoked upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of York, England, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
